We hope you are staying safe and doing well. At this time, we want to inform you of some delays we have been experiencing with our chosen carrier, USPS.
* Due to delays with USPS, you may see "Pre-shipment" as a status on your tracking link(s) for longer than usual. Rest assured that your package is on its way to you, it just has not been processed and scanned by USPS. Please continue checking your tracking link(s) for updates on your order.
* Once orders leave our warehouse, we do not have control over the time it will take to be delivered to you due to these unexpected delays. If you have any questions regarding a delayed delivery, we suggest contacting your local USPS Post Office for more information.
* If your package is marked as delivered and you did not receive it, please wait 4-5 business days for the package to arrive to you before contacting our Customer Service or USPS.

All orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt regardless of the shipping method you select. Orders received on Friday ship on Mondays. Holidays, shipping will be next day USPS is open for business.
All orders under 1 pound will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Orders over 1 pound will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. You will also be given the option to upgrade your shipping at checkout.
**VERY IMPORTANT** If you select PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS, be advised this is not necessarily overnight. USPS provides Overnight to 2-Day Delivery Guaranteed with their Priority Mail Express. Overnight is described as "next business day" to designated Zip Code delivery areas. Generally, these "designated" zip codes are located mostly in the major markets, eg. larger cities.
Shipping rates are calculated based on weight of items. Calculated Shipping will determine total cost of shipping at checkout.
All shipping fees are reviewed at the time of packing/processing each and every order. If we feel any order is overcharged shipping fees, we will reimburse you for any overages at the time of shipping your order.
PLEASE NOTE: Every "domestic" order from TheDecoKraft is shipped using the U.S. Postal Service and includes USPS Tracking. Your tracking number is located in your order details and available once your order has been labeled and posted for shipping.
USPS Tracking is an end-to-end tracking whereby, your order is scanned several times throughout the mailstream, starting with acceptance at the postal facility and, finally, when the item is delivered (or delivery is attempted) or picked up by the recipient or the recipient’s agent.
With the tracking number, you can check delivery progress online, by phone, and by text. You can also SIGN-UP ONLINE or on your mobile device to receive tracking notifications sent to you via email or text.
While we understand a customer's eagerness to receive their order, we must emphasize that once your order is out of our possession and now in the care of the USPS, we have no control of the efficiency in which your order is delivered.
Orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail, IN MOST CASES, the expected delivery time will be 1, 2, or 3 business days and is based on origin, destination, and drop-off time. The expected delivery date does not come with a money-back guarantee.
*** IMPORTANT *** Although we attempt to respond to customer messages and emails in a timely manner, we strongly encourage you to first check your tracking number on the USPS WEBSITE when trying to locate your order, before contacting us. If USPS tracking shows your order has been delivered, please refer to FIND MISSING MAIL for information on finding your missing order and/or filing a claim.
